Sissi's Blue Dream Tiara designed by Prince Dimitri.
“I have always loved Winterhalter’s portrait of Empress Sissi,” explains Prince Dimitri,
who also created the Opera Ball tiara for 2012. “I went one step further in the design for
my latest piece. My thought was that if Sissi were around today, the stars she would
dream of would probably be blue.”
